Do I need to move furniture?

We adopt a common sense approach, we will move any objects that are light such as footstools, side tables etc. Heavy items such as beds, tv’s and bookshelves or any valuable items we will not move. We can go round them or underneath them no problem.

How long does it take for my carpets to dry?

This varies on the type of carpet fibre, for example wool carpets take longer than man made fibres. Allowing windows to be open will dry them much faster. You can walk on them straight away but they may remain damp to the touch for several hours.

Is stain removal guaranteed?

As much as we wish we could do, unfortunately there can be no guarantee that every stain will be removed. This is simply because there are so many variables in play, such as the type of carpet fibre, how long the stain has been there, whether the stain has dyed the fibre etc. However if we can’t get it out then no one can. Please note that very high wool content carpets are more difficult to clean and prone to difficult stain removal.

What are your prices?

We offer excellent value for money. The cost varies on number of rooms you want cleaned, whether or not there is any significant staining such as pet urine etc. The more areas you have cleaned in one visit will be more cost effective. We can most of the time quote you over the phone or via email.
